Final approval from the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EOEEA) was received 2/2015.

Leicester Open Space & Recreation Plan Process

• The Leicester Open Space & Recreation Plan was prepared by the Leicester Open Space & Recreation Committee and Town Planner, assisted by a students from the Conway School of Landscape Design.  
• To increase public involvement in the Open Space & Recreation Plan process and to help the Committee form goals and objectives, an Open Space & Recreation Plan Survey was distributed.  Results are contained in the draft plan, above.
