The Office of Development & Inspectional Services has several vacancies on Boards & Commissions, as described below:

| Conservation Commission | Review of applications for work in wetland & riverfront buffer areas | 2 Vacancies |
| Planning Board | Review of new commercial structures, as well as residential subdivisions. The Associate (alternate) member only votes on special permit applications. | 1 Vacancy (Associate) |
| Zoning Board of Appeals | Review of changes to non-conforming structures and uses, variances from dimensional requirements, and miscellaneous speical permits. | 4 Vacancies (2 Regular Members & 2 Alternates) |
