Town Administration

The Town Administator is appointed by the Board of Selectmen and is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Town. The mission of the Town Administrator's office is to implement the policies and work to achieve the goals of the Board of Selectmen.

Duties of the Town Administrator include: fiscal planning and develpment of the Town's budget; oversight of personnel functions including collective bargaining; coordinating intra and inter governmental affairs; grant procurement and administration; and procurement of goods and services.
