APPLICATION FOR RECYCLING CENTER NON-RESIDENT ACCESS CAR TAG

1. Each vehicle must have an access tag in order to use the recycling center.
2. Vehicle tags must be placed on the bottom corner of the driver’s side of the windshield but will not block the VIN number. Non resident tags will have a large hole punched thus identifying them as Non Residents.
3. Tags will be placed on the vehicle by a Recycling Volunteer.  Tags should not be removed except if vehicle is sold.
4. If vehicles are sold it is requested that the tag be removed and when brought to the Recycling Center only $5 fee will be charged.  If the tag is not at least partially returned a full fee is required for a new vehicle tag.
5. Proof of Replaced windshield once a year is allowed without payment for new tag.
6. Businesses using the Recycling Center will pay the same fee as residents for vehicle tags.
7. Tags and applications are available in June of each year.
8. July 2007 through June 30, 2008 tags will cost $20 each.
9. Non residents will also pay the costs associated with items listed on the brochure in addition to the vehicle tag fee.
