1. How can I obtain a copy of the Zoning Bylaws and/or Subdivision Regulations? 

Currently, Leicester’s Zoning Bylaws are available in the Town Clerk’s Office for $5.00 per copy. 

Leicester’s Subdivision Regulations may be downloaded from this site as a Word documents (.doc).  Subdivision Regulations are also available in the Town Clerk’s Office for $10.00.

If you would like a copy of either the Zoning Bylaws or Subdivision Regulations mailed to you, mail a check in the amount listed above (plus $1.00 for each copy to cover postage) to the Town Clerk’s Office, 3 Washburn Square, Leicester, MA  01524.  Make checks payable to the Town of Leicester.   

Short sections of these documents may also be sent by fax, if requested (contact the Planning Office at 508-892-7019).
