Town & Schools are asking for you to #SpeakUpLeicester
In a couple of weeks the Leicester Public Schools and Town of Leicester are launching an online feedback process called Thoughtexchange. In our efforts to continue to improve our education system and our Town services we want to hear from the entire community!
We will be asking parents, staff and community members three or four straightforward questions to find out their concerns, appreciations, and thoughts about our Schools and Town. We hope to use this information to set priorities for Town and School initiatives moving forward.
Thoughtexchange uses open-ended questions to gather a broad range of perspectives and we encourage all community members to contribute your thoughts. We also encourage you to talk about the process with friends and family members and encourage them to participate. It is only by understanding all perspectives that we can best serve the needs of our students and community. A little bit about the Process:
- It is a three-step process. Stakeholders begin by sharing their thoughts. Then they review and star the thoughts of others before discovering what the community values.
- The process is confidential. The names and email addresses of participants will never be publicly associated with a thought or response. However, participants will see each other’s thoughts.
- If the Town or School has a person's email address, then that person will receive a customized invitation. If someone doesn’t receive an invitation, they can visit our Thoughtexchange home page at: http://signup.thotex.com/lps/xKQ to self-register. To learn more, visit leicesterma.org/speakupleicester.
Thank you for supporting our community.
