This particular organization is a non-profit group, it is
basically to build support with
the Leicester Seniors. The purpose of the Leicester Friends
of the Elders is to supplement funds, not provided by the local/state
government, through seeking membership donations, fund-raising events.
The annual plan promotes the well being of Leicester Seniors in whatever
way necessary to enhance their continued well being. At times we help the
Senior Center funding their entertainment and programs provided. We
are separate from Council on Aging, but, we work together as a team
providing funds when needed.
